Our client a reputable brand name in the hotel industry requires the services of a Night Duty Manager to oversee and Cordinate the hotel night activities.

• The ideal person shall be responsible for Organizing activities and assign responsibilities for the night shift and during the night shift.
• It shall be the persons responsibility to oversee night shift personnel ,monitor and analise performance as well as resolving operational issues during the night shift 
• The person shall be responsible for the implementation of the hotel service standard during the night shift.
• The ideal person shall take charge and responsibilities for all departmental heads during the night shift and ensure the comfort of all guest.
• The night duty Manager shall ensure compliance with all safety standards and prepare comprehensive night activity report.
• Interested and qualified candidate must be computer literate,and knowledgeable in property management software,Ms word and Ms excell.The ideal person must have a previous experience as head of department and basic hotel operations.
