    About the Role

    • We are seeking a Business Solutions Lead — an elite problem solver with a razor-sharp analytical mind and a deep understanding of business ecosystems.
    • This role requires a high-performing professional with experience at the level of the Big Four, capable of leading business transformation, unlocking value, and building enduring stakeholder relationships.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing strategic business solutions, leading solicitations and proposal development, and managing relationships that drive organizational growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end problem-solving across the business, providing evidence-based, scalable solutions to operational and strategic challenges.
    • Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of proposals, bids, and solicitations — ensuring compliance, timeliness, and competitive positioning.
    • Analyze complex business scenarios and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
    • Build, manage, and nurture strategic relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders across sectors.
    • Act as a bridge between strategy and execution — turning ideas into executable and measurable outcomes.
    • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure alignment of projects with the organization's vision and goals.
    • Represent the organization in high-level meetings, with the ability to communicate ideas persuasively and with clarity.
    • Track and manage donor/partner pipeline, proposal timelines, and partnership opportunities.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • A First Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g. PMP, CFA, MBA) is a strong advantage.
    • At least 10–15 years of experience, ideally including work in a consulting firm or equivalent strategic/business advisory role.
    • Proven experience leading solicitation/proposal development processes, from opportunity identification to submission and negotiation.
    • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and business reasoning capabilities.
    • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with a deep understanding of how to navigate complex ecosystems (government, private sector, donors, etc.).
    • Outstanding written and spoken English; able to write compelling proposals, reports, and strategic documents.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable — with the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.

    What We Offer:

    • A collaborative environment that values innovation, initiative, and ownership.
    • Opportunity to work on impactful projects across Nigeria and beyond.
    • A competitive compensation package within the range of N1,500,000 – N2,000,000/month.
    • A chance to work closely with senior leadership/board of directors and drive real change.
