Undertake industry network strategic objectives by identifying development trends and market opportunities. Organize comprehensive market analysis (industry, customer, competition, opportunities) to determine specific objectives and strategies, and effectively implement them.
Gain deep insight into customer network pain points and evolution needs. Effectively present solutions, influence customer decision-making, and guide their willingness to purchase.
Assess the most suitable solutions, propose future-oriented network architecture designs based on customer requirements and industry trends, and provide technical recommendations for network evolution.
Establish and enhance relationships with customer technical teams, successfully create exclusive customer relationships, and influence their technical decisions. Guide and assist in resolving any negative events.
Undertake marketing activities, promote IT and Telco products and solutions to partners and customer technical teams, including senior executives (CXO level), and deeply explore customer requirements through effective communication.
Requirements
Ability to understand customer network and business needs, design solutions that consider products, competition, profitability, and deliverability.
Effectively communicate product and solution values to customers.
Formulate solution strategies, implement solutions, and ensure project success.
Strong verbal and written communication, quick learning ability, and a good sense of service.
HCIP/CCNP certification or higher is required.
General knowledge of the latest network technology solutions, including SD-WAN and DNA.
At least five years in pre-sales work, with experience operating over five projects valued at $1 million or more.
