Multi-Skilled Operator (HEMM) at African Industries Group (AIG)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate two or more of the following machines: Excavator /Dozer/Grader/Dump Truck/Loader.
• Operate machinery at a high level of proficiency.
• Ensure correct inspection and servicing is carried out on all equipment operated.
• Maintain a high level of safety on the job at all times.
• Assist in training of other Operators if required.

General Requirments

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
• Must have a valid drivers licence class G or H
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a multi-skilled operator
• Proven experience working in a mining or construction environment operating two or more of the following machines: Excavator /Dozer/Grader/Dump Truck/Loader.
• Right attitude towards working safe at all times.
• Ability to work under pressure and at the same time exercise mature judgement.
• Willingness to work as a team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing the role
• Willing and able to work both day and night shifts.
