Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Designer & Animator to join our creative team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through motion graphics and animation, with the ability to bring concepts to life across various digital platforms.
• As a Motion Designer & Animator, you will be responsible for creating dynamic and engaging animations, video content, and motion graphics that align with our brand and captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, video ads, and presentations.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual styles for motion design projects.
• Animate characters, typography, logos, and other graphic elements to enhance storytelling and user experience.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to develop and refine concepts for motion design projects.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives through motion graphics and animation.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools to create motion graphics and animations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Work closely with project managers to set realistic timelines and meet deadlines.
• Work in close collaboration with graphic designers, video editors, and other members of the creative team to ensure visual consistency across all content.
• Provide feedback and insights during design reviews, ensuring that all animations meet brand guidelines and creative standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
• 2-5 years of experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or in a similar role within a creative agency, production studio, or in-house team
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant motion design and animation software. Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all animations are polished and meet brand standards.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design and animation projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and storytelling ability.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for design, composition, and color theory
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and how they apply to motion design
