Job Competency Requirements

1. Manage legal operations and provide strategic legal advice to the organization.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
3. Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory requirements and legal standards.
4. Provide legal support for corporate transactions and projects.
5. Monitor changes in laws and regulations, advising management on potential impacts.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a call to the bar. A Master’s degree in Law or related field is an advantage.
2. 5 years of legal experience with a focus on corporate law and regulatory compliance.
3. Expertise in legal research and interpretation.
4. Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.

Compensation:

Net Pay Range: ₦300,000- ₦450,000 and  ₦150,000- ₦170,000
