Mixologist
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Secondary School (SSCE)
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Food, Beverage & Hospitality
- Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
- Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and suggest drinks
- Maintain the bar area and keep it clean and organized
- Check customers\' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes
- Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Upsell drinks to customers when appropriate
