Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation of drinks.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Follow all company hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of cocktail and beverage preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Neat, presentable, and well-organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
