    Middle Office Manager

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities Details
    Pricing Process:

    • Develop, and manage ( subject to the validation of the General Manager), the pricing process for the organization while ensuring compliance by controlling the exemption process.
    • Lead the Price increase process for the organization.
    • Develop tools for estimating cost for quotes.
    • Develop value pricing model and implement it for all operational areas.
    • Compare prices set by competitors and measure customer satisfaction based on the cost of the company’s operations
    • Be a subject matter expert for all things related to Pricing.

    Pricing Analysis:

    • Research and analyze the business environment and competition to develop strategic pricing models to position BOGS operations in the market;
    • Use market and operations analysis data, customer data and internal service costing data to develop and manage value-based pricing and pricing strategies across the full range of BOGS offerings, working with General Manager (PHC), Finance and Commercial Teams.
    • Perform business analysis, market analysis to support business decision making.
    • Gather and analyze data (including company, customer and market information) to make intelligence pricing decisions
    • Increase In Profitability & Revenue Level
    • Consider operations and other costs to determine the price point to make profit.
    • Identify, develop and maximize right pricing methodology to meet business objectives Review and analyze market changes to aid pricing for continual optimal value positioning Estimate economic lives and depreciation schedule for BOGS investment

    Quotations:

    • Preparing and Sending quotations to customers Responding to tenders
    • Budget Preparation & Support Service
    • Support Commercial team in negotiations of terms and conditions on contracts with customers and our Business Partners.
    • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external suppliers.
    • Support the annual BOGS budget process
    • Support Commercial team on pricing issues as needed.
    • Develop reports to track & monitor the pricing projects and associated activities on various areas of BOGS operations.

    Targets and Goals

    • 100% accuracy in the budget gross margin for Pricing 60% hit rates on all quotations sent to clients
    • 100% update of Pricing to guide quotations
    • Daily, weekly and monthly reports submitted timely

    Experience & Qualifications

    • First Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any related area
    • Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in Pricing or Cost Accounting.
    • Experience in the Oil & Gas or Logistics Industries will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
    • Highly proficient in the use of MS OffIce.
