Mid-Level Fullstack Developer at a Leading Technology Company

We are looking for a skilled FullStack Developer to join our onsite development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing server-side code, logic, APIs, and databases that power our applications. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-performing, scalable, and secure software solutions. 

The successful candidate will preferably possess a diploma or degree in computer science, information technology or any other related courses. The candidate must also be able to demonstrate a passion for information and communication technology. 

Demonstration of basic knowledge of programming is desirable. Good interpersonal skill, strong and persuasive communication and presentation skill is highly desireable. Experience with any programming language syntax would be useful. Having knowledge and skill in HTML/XHTML, CSS and JavaScript will be an added advantage. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs. 
• Develop and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. 
• Integrate frontend elements with server-side logic. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. 
• Implement security and data protection best practices. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 
• Proven experience as a FullStack Developer (3+ years preferred). 
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, C#). 
• Frontend (VueJs, ReactJs) 
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL; and/or NoSQL – MongoDB). 
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with API design and integration. 
• Familiarity with server frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, Laravel, .NET Core). 
• Understanding of version control systems (Git). 
• Good grasp of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization. 
• Strong problem-solving 

Skills 

• Experience with microservices architecture. 
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
• Background in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. 
• Experience with automated testing and TDD/BDD.
