Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for a Micro Credit Loan Officer.
• The Micro Credit Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, conducting credit analyses, collecting relevant financial information, and determining creditworthiness.
• The role includes underwriting loans, managing customer relationships, overseeing loan origination, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience from loan application through repayment.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan origination and as a Loan Officer
• Strong finance and underwriting skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Proficient in collecting and analyzing financial data
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Abuja
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in microfinance or banking is a plus
