Metallizer Operator at PHR Solutions Limited

Job Responsibilities:

• Machine operation
• Machine maintenance
• Experience following procedures and managing GMP documentation.
• Perform quality control inspections using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and digital comparators.
• Assist in performing an annual inventory of all scrap and finished alloy materials.
• Overlook the daily operations of single or twin screw extruders and the packaging of the finished product.

Job Requirements:

• BSc or HND in engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of three years as a metalized operator
• Computer Literate
• Data Entry
• Housekeeping
• Knowledge of applicable safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic math and measurements
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
