Medical Sales Representative at DP World

Job Function

• To drive demand generation, prescription growth, customer engagement, and sales performance for the Teva portfolio across Lagos State.
• Teaching hospitals, government hospitals, private hospitals and specialist clinics, community and retail pharmacies, pharmacy chains, HMOs and diagnostic centres across Lagos State.

Key Performance Areas

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Develop and implement territory business plans.
• Drive prescription generation and sales growth across the Teva portfolio.
• Conduct scientific detailing visits and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, procurement officers and KOLs.
• Maintain CRM records and provide market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with PCN requirements, regulations and company policies.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) is mandatory.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Must be a registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
• 2-5 years pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
