    Medical Sales Manager – Institutional Healthcare (N100M Target) - Nasarawa

    Role Mandate (Read Carefully)
    This is a high-performance sales role responsible for delivering ₦100M+ annual revenue across:

    • Private hospitals
    • NGOs and donor-funded projects
    • Institutional and government accounts

    You will be expected to build, manage, and close a pipeline exceeding ₦200M annually across:

    • Medical devices (diagnostic, imaging, clinical equipment)
    • Medical consumables
    • Healthcare software solutions (HIS, PACS, integrations)

    What You Will Own

    • Generate and convert qualified pipeline across hospitals and healthcare institutions
    • Drive end-to-end sales: prospecting → engagement → RFQ → negotiation → closure
    • Manage tenders, bids, and procurement cycles
    • Engage decision-makers: MDs, procurement heads, clinical leads
    • Deliver consistent monthly and quarterly revenue targets

    Requirements

    • Proven track record of closing ₦20M+ B2B or institutional deals
    • Experience selling to hospitals, NGOs, or government healthcare institutions
    • Strong understanding of RFQs, tenders, and procurement processes
    • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently (not just manage accounts)
    • Comfortable discussing and negotiating high-value contracts
    • Ability to generate leads independently

    Do not apply If:

    • Your experience is limited to retail, pharmacy, or low-value sales
    • You have never handled institutional or hospital clients
    • You rely on inbound leads and cannot generate pipeline
    • You cannot demostrate and clearly explain deals you have personally closed.

    Compensation Structure

    • Competitive base salary; N3,000,000 - N4,200,000 / Annum.
    • Aggressive commission tied directly to revenue performance
    • High performers will earn significantly more.
