Medical Officer at Medical Art Center

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical care to women and children in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Conduct regular ward rounds, clinical assessments, and monitor patient progress.
• Assist in emergency care, including obstetric and pediatric emergencies.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and other clinical staff in delivering integrated care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of medical records.
• Promote patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital policies.
• Participate in on-call duty rosters, case reviews, and departmental meetings.
• Support ongoing clinical training and contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
• Valid MDCN license to practice in Nigeria.
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ post-NYSC clinical experience (preferably in women and children’s care).
• Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.
