Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care in line with established protocols and standards.
• Participate in daily ward rounds, case reviews, and clinical meetings.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and holistic patient care.
• Participate in emergency and on-call rotations as required.
• Support hospital initiatives on clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent Degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid MDCN license to practice.
• Completion of NYSC (or exemption).
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
