Medical Laboratory Technician at Sonia Medical Laboratory and Diagnostics

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations and assist in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and related departments
• Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory equipment for testing
• Record and report test results accurately
• Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration
• Adhere to quality control procedures and safety standards
• Assist senior laboratory scientists with specialized testing when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Valid practicing license
• Good technical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
