• Certification: Certification by an accredited professional body (e.g.BMLS).
• Proficient in laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
