Medical Laboratory Scientist at Redeemers Health Village

​​​​​​​Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests across hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and other disciplines.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with medical staff to support accurate diagnoses and treatment.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with quality control protocols.
• Adhere strictly to safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
• Assist in the validation of new methods and instruments.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts within the laboratory.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) from an accredited institution.
• Valid practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
• Minimum of 2 years' post-NYSC experience in a hospital or diagnostic lab setting.
• Proficiency in the use of modern laboratory equipment and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
