    Medical Laboratory Scientist

    Job Description

    • Perform a variety of laboratory tests on biological specimens.
    • Interpret test results and prepare reports for physicians.
    • Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
    • Follow strict safety procedures.
    • Train and supervise laboratory technicians.
    • Stay up to date on new laboratory techniques and procedures

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) or a related field with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience in a similar role
    • Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification.
