    Medical Doctor needed urgently

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate a group of medical students in the Covid-19 National Response Project to ensure that goals and objectives are met effectively and timely
    • Facilitation all MMF medical activity of the Covid-19 National Response project.
    • Generate processes and mediums to tackle challenges that may arise and proffer solutions
    • Manage and collaborate with the team, technical partners and external stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance of established procedures and regulations of the project
    • Represent the Foundation in creating awareness for the project
    • Oversee the activities of the medical students to ensure that callers/patients are attended to and directed to the appropriate channel.  
    • Create plan and processes on how the team can be coordinated and the project executed successfully.
    •  Train and retrain other medical student 
    • Hiring, training, coaching, and leading medical students as they provide support for patients.
    • Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving, educating and coach workers regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to employees.
    • Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
    • Preparing reports and analyzing data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Must be a medical doctor
    • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication.
    • Knowledge of management principles and good admin skills
    • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
    • Decisiveness and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
