    Medical Devices Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Medical Devices Sales Manager to lead and manage sales activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the medical devices sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across assigned territories.
    • Manage and grow key customer accounts including hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, and healthcare distributors.
    • Conduct regular field visits to build relationships, present products, and provide after-sales support.
    • Lead product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals and stakeholders.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities and product launches.
    • Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
    • Train, supervise, and support junior sales staff or representatives (if applicable).
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of product lines and stay updated on new technologies and industry developments.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical device sales, with proven performance in achieving sales targets.
    • Strong network within the healthcare sector across Lagos, Abuja, and/or Port Harcourt.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Sound technical knowledge of medical equipment/devices such as patient monitors, ventilators, ECG machines, surgical instruments, etc.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a regional portfolio.
    • Valid driver’s license.

    • Leadership or team management experience is an added advantage.
    • Strong business acumen and result-oriented mindset.
    • Professional appearance and presentation skills.
