About Us:

Lajj Impression is an innovative enterprise based in Lafia, Nigeria, operating across aquaculture, food retail, and agri-commerce. We manage Laj Aquaculture & Farmacology Fish Farms, Fish Grill Spots, and Retail Fish Shops, and are launching a digital marketplace connecting fish farmers, equipment suppliers, and buyers across Nigeria.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a creative, self-driven Media and marketing Lead to manage content and outreach for our new two-sided fish marketplace. Through storytelling, campaigns, and digital engagement, you'll help develop our brand, attract users, and grow trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business)
• Write compelling content: product listings, blog posts, newsletters, ad copy
• Create and manage email marketing and lead capture funnels
• Launch basic digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns accordingly
• Work with visual content producer to align messaging and visuals
• Engage local communities through educational and promo content

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing and content creation
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager
• Interest in aquaculture, agriculture, or local marketplace innovation
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
