Job Details

• Ensure all preventive and schedule maintenance, troubleshooting, utility operations smoothly for 100% availability of all machines.
• Ensure monitoring on logbooks, checklists, ISO documentations and SAP.
• Evaluation of machine failure and root cause analysis
• Establish rhythm for departmental reporting and discipline.
• Ensure allotted jobs to be finished within time bound with safety precautions.
• Job allotment for team and collaboration with team
• Cost saving and technical suggestion for improvement of machine performance.
• Energy efficient operation and maintenance of equipment efficiency. Carrying out planned maintenance programmes on a wide range of equipment with emphasis on compressor, generators, diesel engines, pumps and hydraulics
• Responsible for maintenance of all rotating and static equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment
• Knowledge of the construction and maintenance of large and complex rotating equipment
