    Mechanic Supervisor

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Maintenance, or related field. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
    • Experience: Minimum 7 years in repairing heavy equipment, including 2 years in Nigeria. Experience with Caterpillar and other major brands is essential.
    • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with heavy equipment used in road and bridge construction.
    • Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair skills, with proven ability to lead and manage a team of mechanics.
