    Marketing Specialist

    • We are seeking a highly driven and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This pivotal role will cover a wide range of technical marketing functions including; Lifecycle Marketing, SEO, and Content Marketing. If you’re great with Lifecycle Marketing on CRM tools like Customer io, or Iterable, and you have experience achieving great results with SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Content Marketing, this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Marketing Specialist, you will own multiple technical aspects of Marketing and work to ensure the success of the business in those functions. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
    • Design, implement, and optimize customer lifecycle marketing programs, including email automation, segmentation, and personalization to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty.
    • Work with team members to establish OKRs, track performance against goals, and provide insights to the Marketing Lead for data-driven decision-making.
    • Lead product marketing efforts, defining product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies. Oversee the creation, editing, and distribution of high-quality content across various channels (e.g., blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, emails).
    • Manage and execute SEO initiatives, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and content creation, to increase organic search rankings and website traffic.
    • Analyze website performance and user behavior data to identify conversion optimization opportunities and implement A/B tests to improve key metrics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive and support overall company objectives.
