Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Officer with Digital Marketing Skills to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the school’s brand, increasing enrollment, and enhancing its reputation using innovative marketing strategies.
• This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills, a deep understanding of marketing trends, and a proven track record in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive student enrollment and brand awareness.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the school’s website.
• Manage and monitor the school’s online presence, including SEO, Google Ads, and analytics.
• Coordinate events, open days, and promotional activities to attract prospective students and parents.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and the local community.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with the school’s goals.
• Prepare and present marketing performance reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.
• Familiar in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be based in Ibadan or within the South-West states.
