Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive product awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product marketing, preferably within a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets
• Plan and execute product launch campaigns and promotional activities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Drive brand awareness and product positioning across target markets
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
• Manage advertising, digital marketing, and field activation campaigns
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans
• Oversee marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing (preferably pharmaceutical or sales industry)
• Proven experience in product management and brand development
• Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
