As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing function to drive brand growth, increase sales, and improve customer loyalty by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and product initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales
Lead digital marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, and e-commerce performance across all channels
Manage marketing budget, track ROI, and optimize spend across campaigns and platforms
Drive partnerships, local store marketing, and new store launch campaigns
Lead and develop the marketing team while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 8 years experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong experience in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, and e-commerce
Experience within hospitality, FMCG, or retail sector is highly preferred
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
