    Marketing Manager

    Role Overview:

    • We’re looking for a strategic Marketing Manager, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services, to lead our marketing efforts. You’ll own end-to-end campaigns, from digital and content marketing, activations to partnerships and performance-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers in a competitive fintech landscape.
    • Lead performance marketing (paid social, Google Ads, SEO, affiliate marketing) with a focus on ROI optimisation.
    • Craft compelling fintech-focused content (blogs, whitepapers, webinars, video) to establish thought leadership.
    • Manage brand positioning, PR, and partnerships with financial institutions, influencers, or tech providers.
    • Oversee customer lifecycle marketing (email/SMS automation, CRM campaigns, loyalty programs).
    • Collaborate with product teams to launch go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features/products.
    • Ensure compliance with financial marketing regulations (e.g., FINRA, GDPR, FTC).
    • Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine campaigns.
    • Manage budgets, agency relationships, and cross-functional teams (design, sales, compliance).

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 5-8 years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
    • Proven track record in growth marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation.
    • Expertise in performance marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
    • Strong content marketing and storytelling skills for complex financial products.
    • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Braze, Iterable) and marketing automation.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, SQL basics).
    • Knowledge of fintech compliance (e.g., disclosures, disclaimers, KYC-driven marketing).

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience with B2B fintech marketing (e.g., banking-as-a-service, enterprise SaaS).
    • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies for financial keywords.
    • Background in formal and informal sector community building (e.g., fintech forums, LinkedIn engagement).
