Background

• Marketing Manager to directly support the Third Party Administrators in implementation of the marketing plans.
• Tasks include identify marketing opportunities, support marketing and sales training and workshops, evaluate and discuss the effectiveness of Implemented marketing strategies, assess client experiences and provide recommendations, review and analyze marketing plans, reports and dashboards.

Job Description

• Marketing Campaigns - Initiate and promote aggressive marketing campaign; develop and implement effective marketing plan, identify, and develop market penetration strategies in line with the agency's strategic plan.
• Marketing programs-Coordinate and participate in products promotion programs, source for new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients and conduct regular market intelligence activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• MBA or relevant Master's Degree would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of five years relevant experience in a Marketing role.
• Good Communication and negotiations skills
• Result oriented and ready to meet and surpass target. Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
