Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, plastic or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a marketing team.
• Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
