    Executive Confidential Secretary to the Managing Director

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a mature, highly organized, discreet and proactive professional to serve as Executive Confidential Secretary to the Managing Director.
    • The Secretary to the Managing Director will provide high-levelof secretarial support to the MD, ensuring efficient management of schedules, correspondence, meetings and confidential information.

    Key Responsibilities

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking proactive and result-oriented Marketing Officers to drive sales and expand our customer base in the polythene manufacturing industry.
    • The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, promoting the company's products, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company's polythene products.
    • Market and promote products including nylon bags, shopping bags, packaging materials, shrink films, and other polythene products.
    • Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate customers.
    • Conduct regular market surveys to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
    • Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

    • The role focuses on minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

    • Conduct routine inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and production machinery.
    • Diagnose and repair electrical faults on manufacturing equipment to minimize production downtime.
    • Perform corrective maintenance on motors, control panels, drives, sensors, and other electrical components.
    • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

    Equipment and Machinery Maintenance:
    Maintain electrical systems of polythene production machines, including:

    • Blown film extrusion machines.
    • Printing machines.
    • Bag - making machines.
    • Recycling machines.
    • Cooling systems and chillers.
    • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical control panels and automation systems.
    • Ensure proper functioning of PLCs, VFDs, contactors, relays, and circuit breakers.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3 – 5 years' experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, industrial automation, and motor control systems.
    • Experience working with extrusion, printing, or packaging machinery is an added advantage.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
