    Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to Nigeria's cybersecurity landscape.
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, etc.) with a focus on ROI.
    • Create and manage high-quality content, including LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies, and newsletters.
    • Organize and oversee CyberDome’s participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
    • Build and nurture relationships with CISOs and key stakeholders to enhance brand recognition.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Experience: At least 5 years in B2B marketing, ideally within the cybersecurity or tech industry.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with the Nigerian market and key decision-makers such as CISOs, banks, and government agencies.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in content marketing and campaign management.
    • Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and email marketing platforms.
    • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., SIEM, EDR, SOC) is highly advantageous.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
    • Certifications in digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are desirable.

    Personal Attributes:

    • Strong leadership and project management skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Creativity and the ability to achieve high-impact results on a limited budget.

    Initial Goals for the Role:

    • Develop a detailed annual marketing plan within the first month.
    • Enhance CyberDome’s LinkedIn presence and engagement within three months.
    • Engage meaningfully with at least 10 potential new clients within six months.
