We are looking for a candidate who is analytical, focused on customer needs, well-organized, self-motivated, and commercially savvy.
You would lead all aspects of marketing for Lifestores’ own stores and affiliates program, including defining the overall marketing strategy (e.g. defining and translating brand values, assessing current brand effectiveness, etc.); carrying out customer surveys, interviews, and ongoing data collection; analysing customer feedback and incorporating it into our marketing plans; carrying out branding activities; finalizing store format and leading redesign of acquired stores; developing marketing materials for the stores and affiliates programs; prioritizing marketing activities & channels, including providing input into the budget; executing below-the-line activities; leading Lifestores’ social media presence; and supporting PR activities.
You would also be interacting with the Lifestores team to share customer feedback and identify ways to iterate our services. You should be comfortable with change, as you would be entering the company at an exciting phase of iterative development based on customer feedback and rapid growth. You should have a hands-on approach since initially you would be carrying out the above activities yourself vs. delegating to others.
The ideal candidate has both B2B and B2C marketing experience.
