Our client, a renowned Real Estate Property Development company, is recruiting suitable candidate to fill the position below:

Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the promotion of the company’s products to clients and prospects in bid to make sales
The candidate must have good communication skills, leadership, negotiation and must be social media active user.
Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plan and forecast to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through relationship building, cold calling, networking and via social media
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Responsible for lead generation for the company
• Explain importance of firm’s product to prospects
• Identify buyer persona profiles for the firm
• Negotiate/ close deals and handle enquiries, queries, complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members for enhanced efficiency
• Influence, communicate, motivate and inspire team members to make sales
• Prepare a comprehensive report on competitors and make sales forecast
• Handling of customers questions, enquiries and complains

Person Specification
Requirement

• OND, HND ,Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or any relevant field
• A minimum of 3-8 years of experience within Real Estate /Property Development Industry
• Strong team management skills ;
• Access to high network clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working and can grow network of affiliate property marketers
• Self-motivated and highly entrepreneurial, with a passion for chasing impactful opportunities

Remuneration
Salary and earn up to 5million commission based on performance, networking and wealth of experience
