Marketing Communications Specialist at Trainlance

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a communication strategy to meet business objectives
• Research and write releases, web copy, blogs, and newsletters, and work with members of the design team to create infographics and other design assets
• Arrange & coordinate press conferences, & assist in planning events.
• Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy.
• Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm & execute content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy & in support of various brand initiatives.
• Support & evaluate the results of communication campaigns with the team.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Write, proofread, & edit creative & technical content across different mediums
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
• Decide on appropriate placement of ads
• Monitor social media and Google Analytics. Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
• Monitor project status and budget, scale campaigns to maximize ROI
• Brainstorm and implement experiments & conversion tests
• Other tasks as set out by the line manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in marketing, communications & content creation
• Excellent analytical and storytelling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in writing and editing content with keen attention to detail
• Strong organizational and project management skills
