Develop and implement unique promotional marketing campaign ideas to market the company’s products, services and overall brand identity.
Coordinate press activities and productions for shoots, commercials and short documentaries.
Build and maintain a positive public image for Hush’ D Makeover.
Conduct market research to determine target audience’s needs, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
Research previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved
Review the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
Plan and monitor ongoing company presence on all social media platforms.
Cultivate mutually beneficial relationship between prospective and existing brand ambassadors, stakeholders, agencies, media firms and ensure maximum publicity for Hush’ D
Responsible for leading department’s strategic and operational tasks.
Effective reputation and crisis management
Create and manage a regular publishing/content management schedule.
Manage internal and external communications of the organization ensuring that the message is consistent and engaging
Confer with MD to identify trends and provide advice on business decisions.
Manage the company’s website and make periodic update to all pricing information.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.
Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma.
At least 3 years relevant experience as a Marketing and PR Strategist.
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
Project and budget management skills
Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
Must be self-motivated with a result driven approach.
Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
Experienced in executing Digital media campaigns tailored to multiple platforms.
