    Marketing and Communication Lead

    Job Description

    • The Marketing and Communications Lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, services, and brand.
    • Plan and manage campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.

    Brand Management:

    • Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
    • Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual presentation across marketing materials.

    Content & Communications:

    • Lead the creation of marketing content, including articles, social media posts, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
    • Manage internal and external communications to ensure clear and effective messaging.
    • Oversee storytelling initiatives that highlight the company’s impact, products, and values.

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
    • Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and analytics.

    Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and external partners when needed.

    Performance & Reporting:

    • Track marketing KPIs such as brand reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
    • Prepare reports and insights for leadership to support strategic decision-making.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Brand awareness and engagement growth
    • Lead generation and marketing-driven revenue
    • Campaign performance and conversion rates
    • Social media growth and audience reach
    • Content performance and website traffic.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Strong experience in marketing strategy and brand communication
    • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
    • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
    • Knowledge of content marketing, social media strategy, and public relations.
