    Marketer - Insurance

    An Insurance Marketing Executive drives company growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new client business while maintaining existing portfolios. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, advising clients on suitable policies, and meeting sales targets. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a background in insurance/sales, and proficiency in CRM tools.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify opportunities for new business, follow up on leads, and secure new insurance contracts (life, health, general).
    • Client Advisory: Interview clients to assess financial needs and tailor insurance programs to suit their requirements.
    • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
    • Market Research: Conduct research on target clients and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities.
    • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, prepare sales performance reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the team to implement marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and networking events.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven work experience as a Marketer or Sales Executive, preferably within the insurance sector.
    • Skills: Strong communication (verbal/written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Technical Proficiency: Ability to use CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge: Good understanding of insurance products (automotive, property, life, health) and regulatory requirements.
