Managing Director

- Experience 7 - 10 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Administration / Secretarial , Banking
Responsibilities
- Drive the bank’s business growth through innovative product offerings and robust deposit mobilization strategies.
- Develop and oversee financial plans, ensuring profitability and the maximization of shareholder wealth.
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to strengthen partnerships with cooperatives, SMEs, women-focused organizations, and educational institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, economics or a related field (Master’s degree, MBA or professional qualification is an added advantage).
- A proactive and dynamic leader capable of driving growth and fostering innovation.
- Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA,CFA or equivalent)
- 7-10 years of experience in banking or microfinance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in driving business development, operational efficiency, and strategic execution.
