Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the bank\'s overall operations and business performance.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive profitability, deposit mobilization, loan portfolio growth, and customer acquisition.
• Oversee credit administration, loan recovery, risk management, and internal control processes.
• Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, liquidity, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, shareholders, customers, and strategic business partners.
• Lead and motivate the management team to achieve corporate objectives and performance targets.
• Drive innovation, digital banking initiatives, and improved customer service delivery.

Requirement

• Bachelor\'s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A Master\'s degree or relevant professional certification (CIBN, ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years\' relevant experience in banking or financial services, with substantial experience in microfinance banking.
• At least 5 years\' experience in a senior management or executive leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of microfinance banking operations, credit administration, risk management, and CBN regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated track record of business growth, financial management, and team leadership.
