Our client who is a Luxury Beauty, Spa & Nail Store is looking to hire a Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the daily operations of the store including staff management, financial management, merchandising, driving sales and customer service, ensuring best practices and meeting quality standards to achieve key results and support company strategies.
Responsibilities
Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, including store appearance, display of merchandise, product placement, story layout, and selling procedures.
Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the store are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.
Ensure the store complies with outlined safety policies and procedures, as well as state and local health regulations.
Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including, preparing and submitting reports and monitoring sales receipts and cash.
Monitor stock and inventory, and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis.
Manage and supervise all the staff & workers of the business.
Give a daily report to the MD on business activities , staff attendance , customer turnout & sales for each day.
Make sure appliances are fully functional and all subscription are made available.
Activates marketing & social media plans to increase customer patronage .
Requirements
2-3 years plus work experience as a Manager in a Luxury Store.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Proficient understanding of the company’s processes, policies, and procedures.
Analytical, problem solving, attention to details and decision-making skills.
Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
Good leadership and team-building skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Good interpersonal and communication skills – written and oral.
Proficiency in the use of Ms. Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
