Manager, Strategic Research and Learning at Human Capital Partners (HCP)

Key Experience and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in research methods, social sciences, public health, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in research and evaluation, 5 of which is at leadership level.
• Proven experience managing complex multi-country research in the health sector, particularly in sexual and reproductive health research, and evaluations projects which includes sampling, research training, budgeting and strong proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with local and international stakeholders, including donors and government agencies.
