    Manager, Project Management

    Job Description & Summary

    • At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
    • As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

    Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in project management to expand the firm's client base.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.

    Technical Delivery:

    • Oversee the delivery of high-quality project management services to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver projects that meet client needs.
    • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.

    Team Leadership:

    • Work with the Team leadership to lead and mentor a team of project management professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and support.
    • Encourage professional development and growth within the team.
    • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in delivering technology projects to internal or external clients.
    • Current or previous experience in Consulting/Professional services firms is a must.
    • Strong technical knowledge and experience in project management.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and drive results.
