• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for retail outlets and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new retail outlets. 
• Reports maintenance issues to the appropriate departments for prompt attention.
• Implement regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Manages performance of Service Station Managers, rewarding outstanding stations, and developing strategies to improve underperforming stations. 
• Sets high standards for excellent customer service and hold the station managers accountable to the measurable results by communicating the performance measures to them.
•  Establish a process to ensure that the retail outlets have accountability to budget and profit expectations on a consistent and timely basis. 
• Monitors and ensures uniform ambience and merchandising standards are maintained across all retail outlets across the region.
•  Provides timely reports to management and make recommendations to improve business performance.
