    Manager - Growth & Expansion

    Job Summary:

    • To drive and improve Client acquisition and business growth.
    • As the Manager – Growth & Expansion, your key responsibility is to generate and develop new business opportunities that will increase net revenue for Ingenium Communications.
    • This role will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients.
    • Your role requires a combination of strong brand management and communication solution selling skills with strong client understanding across various industries.
    • As the Manager – Growth & Expansion, you will take ownership of the Clients and the interface with the agency’s service offering, making sure that all functions of the agency are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives.

    Strategy & Leadership:

    • Retain, secure, and grow revenues while meeting Management approved net revenue objectives from target markets in a fully competitive integrated marketing communications marketplace.
    • Provide strategic direction and plans for the company about all commercial functions including Brand Management, Digital Media, Media Buying, Business Operations, Experiential Marketing & Personal Branding.
    • Maintain a strong working relationship with senior management from prospective clients – Head of Marketing, Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, etc.
    • Support the COO, and other company executives on matters pertaining to business growth and ensure all functions are operating together effectively to achieve the corporate objectives and KPIs.
    • Monitor and review all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
    • Build solid relationships with the entire Integrated Marketing Communications eco-system.
    • Develop an in-depth knowledge of company offerings and expert industry knowledge to identify and exploit profitable business opportunities.
    • Coordinate the research of emerging trends and recommend new service offerings to satisfy Client needs

    Required knowledge, skills, and abilities

    • Industry/role specific: Excellent understanding of the Integrated Marketing Communications industry and experience in driving growth for an agency.
    • Financial acumen: Strong financial acumen and managing organizational net revenue. Ability to generate revenue tied to specific objectives while concurrently building business model maturity and capability.
    • Leadership: Ability to maintain a work environment and develop staff actions and activities with a focus on the future along with a sense of urgency towards current business activities that should align with the anticipated future business climate.
    • Prior experience in managing agency growth with a focus on brand management, digital media, traditional media platforms, and experiential.
    • A visionary and has a positive outlook on life
    • Collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
    • You deliver against set objectives while operating on some occasions in stressful situations
    • Your ability to communicate both in written and oral presentations
    • A person of influence – can convey and concretize thoughts, ideas, and opinions aligned to the philosophy and brand of Ingenium.
    • A pertinent university degree or equivalent experience and track record.
    • A minimum of 3 years experience in a related growth role.
