Position Overview

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and medical history.

Treatment Implementation:

• Administer a variety of physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients on self-management techniques and exercises to enhance their recovery.

Rehabilitation Planning:

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and integrate physiotherapy into the overall patient care plan.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members through progress reports and consultations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
