    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a talented and creative Pencil Artist to produce high-quality hand-drawn artwork.
    • The ideal candidate should be skilled in realistic shading, portrait drawing, and creative illustration using graphite and charcoal pencils.

    • Create detailed pencil drawings, portraits, and custom artwork based on client requests.

    Requirements

    Draughtsman

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our team in Ibeju-Lekki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and designs, as well as assisting in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
    • The candidate must have strong technical drawing skills and the ability to interpret design concepts into accurate working drawings.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare detailed architectural/engineering drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
    • Interpret sketches, specifications, and design briefs into technical drawings
    • Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements
    • Prepare layout plans, working drawings, and as-built drawings
    • Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project cost estimates
    • Support the project team with material take-offs and budgeting
    • Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations
    • Maintain proper documentation and filing of drawings and revisions.

    Requirements

    • OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Engineering, or related field
    • 2–4 years relevant experience as a draughtsman.

    Detailing Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare fabrication and shop drawings
    • Develop detailed structural and piping drawings
    • Work closely with production and project teams
    • Ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar detailing software
    • Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in fabrication detailing.

    • Proven experience as a Dimensional Marker or Structural Fitter

    IT Technical Trainer

    Job Summary

    • The IT Technical Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs to enhance the IT skills and system knowledge of employees across African Industries Group.
    • The role ensures effective adoption of IT systems, tools, and best practices to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and deliver IT training programs (classroom, virtual, and hands-on).
    • Train employees on IT systems, software applications, hardware, network basics, cybersecurity awareness, and internal ERP/enterprise systems.
    • Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with IT and business teams.
    • Prepare training materials, manuals, presentations, and user guides.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
    • Provide post-training support and coaching to ensure knowledge retention and system adoption.
    • Coordinate with IT teams during system upgrades, rollouts, and new technology implementations.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 3–6 years of experience in IT training, IT support, or technical instruction.
