Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible and disciplined Male Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day management of the college.
• The ideal candidate will ensure orderliness, safety, and the general well-being of residents while maintaining hostel rules and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage activities within the college
• Enforce hostel rules and ensure discipline among residents
• Monitor entry and exit of residents and visitors
• Address complaints, conflicts, and emergencies promptly
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the hostel environment
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and facilities
• Keep accurate records of occupancy and incidents
• Liaise with management on hostel-related matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of ND / HND / BSc Degree
• Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to maintain discipline while being approachable
• Must be firm, responsible, and trustworthy
• Willingness to reside within the hostel premises (if required).

Additional Requirements:

• Candidate must be male
• Must be physically fit and able to handle emergency situations
• Prior experience in a school, college, or hostel environment is preferred.
